In order to better support our clients we have put in place aReturn Materials Authorisation system allowing users to login, create a request, and track the investigation and repair of the module.

Step 1: Apply for an RMA Account using the form below. You will receive an account registration confirmation email with your password and username.

Step 2:Once you have your login information, fill out theRMA Submission form.

Step 3:Once approval is given, the client can ship the product to BRAUMS for repair. The RMA system will notify BRAUMS of this and immediately start a workflow process that tracks the investigation and repair of the module.
